Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of the Paw & Thread website and your orders with us. By placing an order you agree to them. They run alongside our privacy policy, refunds & returns and shipping & delivery pages.

Who we are

Paw & Thread is a UK-based personalised pet-fashion brand. We make personalised pet portraits on apparel, accessories and wall art, made to order in the UK.

Your account & orders

You can order as a guest or create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. When you place an order, you confirm that the details you give us — including delivery address and pet photo — are accurate and that you have the right to use any photo you upload.

Personalisation & made-to-order

Every piece is personalised and made to order. Because your pet's portrait is bespoke, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once production has begun. You approve your artist preview before we make anything, and the finished piece matches what you approved. See our refunds & returns page.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider; we don't store your card details. See our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs and content on this site are owned by Paw & Thread. The portrait created from your photo is for your personal use — please don't reproduce or resell it. You retain ownership of your pet's photo; you grant us a licence to use it to create and fulfil your order.

Your content

You're responsible for the photos and text you submit. Please don't upload content that's unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is offensive. We won't use your photo for anything beyond creating and fulfilling your order without your permission.

Delivery & risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We'll do our best to meet delivery estimates, but production times aren't guaranteed. See our shipping & delivery page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page.
